Similar to the Black Eyed Susan, the Brown Eyed Susan has bright yellow petals, but differs in that it typically has smaller, more button-shaped flowers. This flowering native plant is a garden staple the provides a pop of yellow that contrasts perfectly with purple flowers in your garden.

Brown Eyed Susan is occasionally a biennial flower that finishes its life cycle after its second year, but re-seeds generously giving you more flower heads each year. Brown Eyed Susan flowers will thrive anywhere to the East of Colorado in the US.

It is a very adaptable plant to many conditions, and grows in almost any soil in full sun or light shade.

You will be purchasing a 3" plastic pot containing 1, well-rooted Brown Eyed Susan plant with 1+ nodes of growth that was grown with love in Minnesota from seed. We will try and provide plants with multiple nodes, but it may vary depending on availability. Pictures on this listing are not perfectly representative to what you will be receiving, however, we will do our best to get you the healthiest plant possible.
