One of the most striking native perennials, the Purple Prairie Clover has cylindrical purple flowers with tiny golden flecks. You'll find that the Purple Prairie Clover is incredibly hardy and does not easily wilt from too much sun or heat due to its extensive taproot system. They are a great self-seeding plant, as they do not need overwintering and seeds can germinate on just bare soil every spring.

Purple Prairie Clover are natively found from the Great Plains in Montana to New York state. They're also present as far south as Texas and as far north as Washington State!

You will be purchasing a 3" plastic pot containing 1, well-rooted Purple Prairie Clover plant with 1+ nodes of growth that was grown with love in Minnesota from seed. We will try and provide plants with multiple nodes, but it may vary depending on availability. Pictures on this listing are not perfectly representative to what you will be receiving, however, we will do our best to get you the healthiest plant possible.
